All reservations require a 50% deposit to hold the cottage with
the balance of the rental amount paid upon departure.
All Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation
fee. If the property is re-rented at the full rental rate, a deposit refund is made less the cancellation charge
of $50.
This policy is based on the reality of a short rental season and the timing of when people plan and make
reservations.
